ON-SITE TENT & RV CAMPING
There are 60 tent camping spaces (all lined up right next to each other) available at a rate of $25/night and 40 RV spaces available with hook ups at a rate of $30/night; RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. For logistical reasons for this event only, we cannot take these reservations. If you are interested in booking a camping spot for tent or RV, you must call (937) 372-8621 x12 or email gcexpocenter@gmail.com to make separate arrangements.
Period tents are highly encouraged.
HOTEL BLOCK
The Hotel Block rate is expired, but for reference many attendees will be staying at the Hope Hotel & Richard C. Holbrooke Conference Center! Since everyone is excited to see each other, we selected a hotel that has both a restaurant and a bar, as well as a small marketplace on site, and that could accommodate our numbers; it also allows for pets and has a workout facility, among other usual amenities, and is only 10.7 miles from site (appx. 15 minutes).
