PRE-REGISTRATION

PLEASE NOTE: Pre-Registration is no longer required for events, but is HIGHLY encouraged, as we have found that it greatly helps us with planning.

Pre-registration fees for Harvest Days are $16 for adult members and $26 for non-members (at gate they will be $20 and $30 respectively).  All children and young adults (aged 17 years and younger) are FREE - but still must be registered.  Furthermore, if this is your first Kingdom event, your entry fee is WAIVED! Additionally, as this pandemic has disproportionately impacted vendors and those in the entertainment industry, the Marche of Winged Hills felt it was important to offer FREE entry to those who wish to merchant at Harvest Days (up to two free entries per merchant booth).

If you are concerned about whether or not you’ll actually be able to attend or if you might have to cancel, let us explain a few things:


  1. The Marche of Winged Hills opted for a 0% cancellation fee.  You can cancel your pre-registration at any time BEFORE the event (no questions asked) with absolutely no penalty or fee incurred. 

  2. If something happens the day of the event and you are unable to attend due to exigent or emergency circumstances, you can request a refund in writing AFTER the event, by contacting us within 3 business days by email.

  3. Pre-registration ends Monday, August 26th.  You can still attend the event if you don't pre-register, we just can't guarantee we will have a site token for you (these must ordered a couple weeks in advance).

  4. Please note all refunds (whether requested before or after) will be issued AFTER the event.
